PostSubject: Furniture scratch cover?   Mon Nov 17, 2014 3:32 am

Lucky for me my son decided to downsize. He moved to a smaller home, and since his huge L-shaped desk and credenza took too much space in his new office, he bought a smaller desk and I got his beautiful, solid cherry wood set.

However, during the move from his home to mine, the set received some scratches, most light, but a couple of deep gouges. I’ve heard of some excellent repair pens or liquid, but I don’t want to use a liquid that can rub off on my arms or my clothing.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Most scratch repair pens don't rub off. Go to Ace Hardware and talk to them.

An Ace Hardware isn't far, so I'll check it out. Thanks, Don!
